This week, our Catechism question and answer focuses on the beginning of human history. It takes us all the way back to Genesis 1 and the creation narrative. From the beginning of time, God has established his sovereign reign and kingship.

What else did God create?

 God created all things by his powerful Word, and all his creation was very good; everything flourished under his loving rule.

Genesis 1:31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.
