At Redeemer, we stress that our giving is an act of worship. Just like singing, preaching, and fellowship, giving is another way that we worship our God. Our giving, like all of life, takes place before the face of God, and it is an act of obedient worship.

Indeed our giving is a reflection of the complete giving of Jesus for his Church. This is the generosity, charity, and love of our Savior: that though He was our King, He forsook every right and joy due Him, in order to give those same rights and joys to His rebellious creatures. Every gift we receive from His hand is an echo of this ultimate sacrifice and priceless gift. By the same token, every generous gift we give is a reflection of riches given to us in Christ.

We encourage people to give generously, obediently, and joyfully for his glory and by his grace.
